1. Organize your project content into a folder.
2. Rename the folder with the name of your project.
3. Compress the folder into a zip file to make it valid for registration.
4. Keep the file immutable and saved without modifications.
* If you need to update the content, please create a new registration with the modified version.
5. Make sure your Metamask wallet is connected.
1. Click on "Select File".
2. Select the zip file containing you want to register forever.
3. If the file is valid, the "Get certified now" option will appear to proceed to certify.
1. A window will be displayed with the required amount.
2. Check that you have sufficient balance and click "Certify" to complete the process.
3. To check the record, go to the "History" option.
History
This is a list of all your records through ETHernal Talent. This is a description of the data you can find.
History / Block
This is the block in the Ethereum blockchain where your record is located.
History / Hash
If your original zip file generates the same hash SHA-512 as the registered one, it will prove that it is the same file that you registered on the blockchain.
History / Timestamp
This is the date and time your registration took place. If the date shown is prior to the date of the disputed project, it demonstrates that you registered it first and provides further proof of your authorship.
History / Transaction
It is the transaction in which your record was recorded. You can copy and paste into a global explorer like Etherscan to find more useful data.
History / View button
You can view your record in a global blockchain explorer, outside of ETHernal Talent, to certify that the record is permanently recorded on the blockchain.
Etherscan / From
In Etherscan you can find the "from" data, which is the wallet from which the registration was made. If you have access to the wallet from which you registered, it is another irrefutable proof of your authorship

The legal validity of blockchain records (using hashes) varies by country, although the global trend is to grant them recognition as digital documentary evidence.
1. Hash as a "Timestamp" (Timestamping)
Legally, a hash recorded on the blockchain is not usually considered the document itself, but rather evidence of integrity and existence.
- Integrity: Demonstrates that the file has not been modified since the hash was generated (if you change a single bit of the creative project, the hash changes)
- Priority: Establishes a specific date ("first come, first served").

There are several reasons why a transaction may fail. To find the specific reason, follow these steps:
Check that the wallet is connected.
If wallet is connected, on the history page, scroll down and click the "View Your Address on Etherscan" button.
On this page, you can see your latest transactions. The first one is the most recent.
If the transaction is preceded byit is because the transaction has failed.
Click on the link next to thefor more details.
Once on the details page, check the "status" field; the reason for the failure appears here.
The most common faults are:
Hash already registered
This project name and hash already exist, so your project has already been registered. The transaction is rejected.
Solution: Check that you are uploading the correct project version and change the file name, for example "project-v2".
Invalid hash format
The problem is in the project name, it may be too long or contain unacceptable characters, such as " . ", "/".
Solution: Review the project name, rename it, and start the registration process again.
Insufficient funds
Your wallet does not have enough funds to pay for the transaction.
Solution: Top up your wallet and try the transaction again.
The transaction is very old
If the transaction you're looking for is older than the last 5,000 blocks of the blockchain, it's likely not listed in ETHernal Talent's history. Don't worry, your project is still recorded on the blockchain.
Solution:
On the history page, scroll down and click the "View Your Address on Etherscan" button.
On this page, you can see your latest transactions. The first one is the most recent. You can scroll down to find it. Use the "Age" field to make it easier.
